Dog Day Afternoon offers dog walking and training services for dogs in Chicago (Logan Square, Palmer Square, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukranian Village, East Village, Roscoe Village, Lakeview/Wrigleyville, and Lincoln Park). I’ve always loved animals. As a child I had every type of pet from fish to hamsters to parakeets. When I got my first dog Mickey (pictured below) I knew that I wanted to work with dogs. I spent two years in an apprenticeship learning how to train dogs while working at a kennel. I was taught to care for all dogs as if they are my own. After completing my training in 1997 I started Dog Day Afternoon dog walking service, training and boarding. Keeping one simple idea in mind “caring for all dogs as if they are my own."
